Mindful Mothers Fourth Trimester Class

When: Every SECOND Tuesday of the month


Transitioning from pregnancy to parenthood can be as challenging as it is rewarding. Our Mindful Mothers Fourth Trimester Class is designed to support new mothers during the crucial first 12 weeks after delivery, often referred to as the "fourth trimester." Whether you’re in your third trimester or up to 12 weeks postpartum, this class provides essential tools for enhancing mental and emotional well-being during this significant life change.


What You’ll Learn:

  • Maximizing your emotional health and wellness
  • Bonding with your baby
  • How to ask for help when you need it
  • Adjusting to your new life as a mother


As a participant, you’ll receive a complimentary digital or hard copy of our customized Postpartum Plan.

Mindful Mothers Fourth Trimester Class

When: Every THIRD Tuesday of the month


This support group offers a safe and compassionate space for women who have experienced loss through miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical reasons, or early infant death. Led by a licensed counselor specializing in perinatal mental health, this group is a free resource for those seeking connection, understanding, and healing alongside others who share similar experiences.

Breastfeeding 101

This class, which can be given in a group or privately in a session, is designed to promote a deeper understanding about breastfeeding, the changes in a mother's body, and techniques to use while nursing your infant. You will learn what to expect, how to troubleshoot any issues, and how to get breastfeeding off to the best possible start.


It is offered by our IBCLC/PMH-C, and aims to: 

  • Provide evidence-based information
  • Reduce fears & anxiety surrounding feeding choices
  • Empower those who choose to breastfeed with an informed choice
  • Increase the chances of successful breastfeeding

This class, which can be given in a group or privately in a session, reviews the physical and hormonal aspects of labor & delivery. 

It is offered by our IBCLC/PMH-C and aims to: 

  • Provide evidence-based information about choices during childbirth
  • Promote a deeper understanding of childbirth
  • Decrease anxiety & fear about the birth process
  • Promote an educated/informed choice for participants
  • Improve birth experiences & outcomes
