Understanding Fatherhood

New fathers may face anxiety, stress, or feelings of inadequacy as they adjust to parenthood. Societal expectations often downplay men's emotional struggles, causing isolation or reluctance to seek help. Recognizing these feelings as common is the first step toward finding support.
