Learning About Attachment

Feeling attached to our children or partner does not always come naturally, that's ok. We can all learn to connect to our partners and kids, and enhance our relationships. Learning our patterns, and our own attachment style can really help. If you want to dive deeper, seek a counselor that does attachment work.
