Project Luna offers free mental health care to mothers during pregnancy and through the first year after birth - because this season of life is harder than anyone told you it would be, and you shouldn’t have to navigate it alone.
What We Know
Pregnancy and new parenthood can bring joy - and also anxiety, grief, rage, numbness, and everything in between. If you’re not feeling the way you expected to feel, you’re not broken. You’re one of millions of mothers whose experiences go unseen and unsupported.
These numbers reflect a real gap in care. Project Luna exists to close it - one family at a time.
What Support Looks Like
Every person’s experience is different. There’s no script here. You’ll work with a licensed counselor who specializes in pregnancy and postpartum care in a space that is genuinely judgement free - whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or still processing a birth from months ago.
